Refund Policy

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket order, as has a no-refund policy except in those limited circumstances where the ticketed event has been cancelled. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues and third party ticketing sites, generally prohibit from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. If you purchase a ticket, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for that ticket only if the ticketed event is cancelled, provided that if the ticketed event is cancelled then the order processing and delivery fees will not be refunded.
